Things that beginners should know about Digitizing Embroidery

Custom Patches

You must be up to working upon some of the embroidery and Applique Designs but they all have to be digitized further. For that cause, the creativity you put in, should never be compromised in some way or the other. Sounds quite strange as well as not! Most of the time beginner digitizers are dying hard to jump upon the complex stuff and usually end up thumping their foreheads. As noticed by the digitizers, sometimes exquisite designs end up being a horrible embroidery because it was actually digitized by the beginner who rushed to head on for complex digitization job. This is the same case that happens while beginners step ahead to digitize Custom Patches as well. For the same reason, there are few thing that beginners should know before digitizing an embroidery.
Test Stitch
You must know that there are so many patterns that can be used to digitize one design. Well it actually depends upon the digitizer that’s working upon a design and the way he wants deign to turn up. The reason for why the digitizing techniques differ even after having the required tools is; it’s actually depended upon the digitizer, fabric, needle, stabilizer and etc. sometimes the design files also get corrupted that need to be fixed and it wouldn’t be really useful to use the designed file on the actually fabric. That’s why it’s necessary to test the stitch over the same fabric as it’s the only option left.
Every gadget is not necessary
It’s not really important to buy every gadget when you are associated with the digitizing. For all the apparent reasons, you have more chances to lose your focus because extreme variety lead to detraction and you will get yourself messed up at times. There is a set of major required stuff that you can start with and that are thread, fabric, hoop, stabilizer, machine and scissor. These are more than enough to start the embroidery with.
Summing It up, embroidery digitizing is definitely a creative and an amazing job to get obsessed with but it has to be carried upon reasonably otherwise things might go wrong as well.
